IT Support Officer/Administrator

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos (Hybrid)
Salary: ₦400,000 – ₦600,000

Requirements
• Background in IT, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 3–5 years' experience in IT support/administration.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with systems like SAP.
• Strong problem-solving, planning, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of networking, cybersecurity, and IT asset management.

Responsibilities
• Set up and maintain computers, networks, and business applications.
• Provide first-line technical support and manage user accounts.
• Maintain backups, antivirus protection, and cybersecurity measures.
• Manage IT assets, vendors, procurement, and documentation.
• Recommend system upgrades and support digital transformation.
