Summary
1-year contract IT Support Officer role at a bank (via recruiter RecruitFirst), based in Singapore's Shenton Way for $3,500-$5,000/month. Job scope
Provide IT technical support to users, troubleshooting hardware, software, network connectivity and system-related issues.
Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure, ensuring system availability, reliability and optimal performance.
Support daily IT operations, including printer troubleshooting, report generation and system maintenance.
Assist with internal system enhancements, software testing, implementation and system upgrades.
Collaborate with internal teams and IT stakeholders to resolve technical issues and improve IT processes.
Monitor IT system performance, prepare operational reports and ensure compliance with IT security policies.
Support IT projects, including system migrations, rollouts, backup processes and Business Continuity / Disaster Recovery (BCP/DR) testing.
Requirement
Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems or related disciplines.
Preferably 3–5 years of experience in IT Support, Helpdesk, Desktop Support or System Administration.
Good knowledge of hardware, software, network troubleshooting and IT infrastructure maintenance.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
