Requirements:
√ OND/HND/B.Sc./B.Tech. in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field.
√ 2–4 years' experience in IT support/helpdesk.
√ Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
√ Knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, networking and IT ticketing systems.
Responsibilities
√ Troubleshoot computers, printers, Microsoft 365, applications and network issues.
√ Manage IT tickets and resolve incidents within SLA.
√ Install and maintain IT equipment and peripherals.
√ Support LAN/Wi-Fi, CCTV, biometric and other IT-enabled systems.
√ Maintain IT asset records and support user onboarding/deployments.
