About the Role
An organisation is seeking an IT Support professional to provide technical assistance to employees, maintain computer systems and troubleshoot hardware, software and network issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and resolve employees' IT-related issues.
- Install, configure and maintain computer systems, software and hardware.
- Troubleshoot network, internet, printer and system problems.
- Perform routine system maintenance, updates and backups.
- Maintain records of IT assets, repairs and support requests.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree/HND in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
- 1–2 years' experience in IT support or a similar role.
- Good knowledge of computer hardware, software and networking.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
