IT Support Specialist - FIFO - MIning

Salary: $55 - $61.50 p.h. + + Super

• Must have previous FIFO - IT Support experience and be PERTH based
• FIFO IT support role within a mining operations environment
• 5 month contract with 8/6 roster
• Hands-on exposure to operational technology systems and enterprise platforms

Job Summary / Overview
This role provides frontline IT operational support within a mining environment. The position supports users systems and networks to ensure reliable technology services across site operations. Previous FIFO experience is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide IT operational support across applications operating systems and networks
• Respond to incidents service requests and problems in a timely manner
• Support users in a busy and diverse operational environment
• Maintain and support communication networks and end user devices
• Assist with IT change management processes
• Support asset management activities where required

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of IT operational experience
• Previous FIFO experience
• Tertiary qualifications in Information Technology or equivalent experience

Skills & Competencies

• Experience supporting office applications operating systems and networking
• Familiarity with mining operational technology environments
• Knowledge of ServiceNow SAP and asset management systems
• Skills with Cisco and Ubiquiti technologies
• Strong time management and organisational skills
• Incident problem and change management capability

• FIFO role on an 8/6 roster
• 5 month contract
