IT Support Specialist
Salary: $4,000 – $5,500 per month
About the role
Provide technical support for users, systems, hardware and network issues while maintaining reliable day-to-day IT operations.
Key responsibilities
Provide first- and second-level technical support to users
Troubleshoot hardware, software, network and system issues
Install and configure computers, applications and IT equipment
Manage user accounts, access permissions and IT assets
Monitor network and system performance
Maintain IT documentation and support records
Coordinate with external vendors for technical issues
Assist with system upgrades, maintenance and implementation projects
Support cybersecurity and data protection procedures
Provide technical guidance and basic user training
About you
Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field
2–5 years of experience in IT support or technical support
Good knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365 and basic networking
Experience troubleshooting hardware and software issues
Familiarity with IT ticketing and asset management systems
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Able to work independently and support multiple users
