IT Support Specialist (Medical) #HYN

Join a growing organisation as an IT Support Specialist, providing hands-on technical support to users in Singapore and across regional locations. This role covers end-user support, IT infrastructure, cloud platforms, IT security, asset management and technology improvement initiatives.

Job Description

• Provide day-to-day IT support to headquarters and regional users, troubleshooting hardware, software, network and system-related issues.

• Act as the primary point of contact for IT support and helpdesk requests, ensuring timely resolution of user issues.

• Troubleshoot operating systems, Microsoft 365 applications and business applications such as ERP and CRM systems.

• Support employee onboarding and offboarding, including user account creation, access management and IT asset allocation.

• Provide guidance and basic training to users on IT systems, applications and tools.

• Maintain and support IT infrastructure including servers, network equipment, endpoints and cloud platforms.

• Perform routine IT operations including system updates, patching, antivirus management and data backup activities.

• Support IT infrastructure setup, system rollouts and technology-related projects.

• Assist with IT security activities including access control, endpoint protection and system compliance.

• Monitor system performance, availability and reliability, and support initiatives to strengthen IT security and operational efficiency.

• Coordinate with external IT vendors for technical support, maintenance and issue resolution.

• Maintain IT documentation, SOPs, user guides, asset inventories and software licence records.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related discipline.

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in IT end-user support and infrastructure operations.

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, including Office, SharePoint and OneDrive.

• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, particularly Microsoft Azure.

• Experience with network infrastructure and solutions such as Cisco Meraki.

• Good understanding of endpoint management, IT infrastructure and end-user computing.

• Knowledge of IT security practices, user access management and endpoint protection.

• Experience supporting regional or multi-location users is an advantage.

• Experience with Microsoft Power Apps or similar low-code platforms is advantageous.

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• Good communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues clearly to non-technical users.

• Able to work independently, manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively with internal teams and external vendors.
