This is what we offer you:
You'll start with a well-defined workday with set schedules. - Gross hourly wage: €18 per hour - Travel allowance: €0.23 per km - 40 hours per week - Contract type: Secondment - Payment: choice of weekly or every 4 weeks.
What will you do?
You'll be part of the IT department and help users with questions and technical issues. You'll handle support requests and ensure that people can get back to work quickly. You'll communicate via phone, email, and a ticketing system. You'll document solutions thoroughly and consult with colleagues as needed. - You'll handle reports and questions via phone, email, and the ticket system - You resolve issues with laptops and other IT equipment - You'll forward questions to IT colleagues as needed - You manage accounts, permissions, and equipment - You assist users with Microsoft 365 - You document solutions and actions in the ticket system
Who are you?
You enjoy helping others and remain calm when someone gets stuck. You work meticulously and believe it's important for solutions to be clear. You're a good fit for a role that involves frequent contact with users. - You have an MBO-level education - You communicate clearly over the phone, via email, and through support tickets - You work accurately when documenting reports and solutions - You're good at switching between different questions - You have knowledge of Microsoft 365 - You want to continue developing yourself through training
