You'll have a clear job with set hours and clear agreements. - Gross hourly wage: €18 - Travel allowance: €0.23 per km - 40 hours per week - Contract type: Secondment - Payment: choice of weekly or every 4 weeks.
What will you do?
You'll help users with questions and issues related to their laptops, Windows, and Microsoft 365. You'll receive reports and ensure that people can get back to work quickly. If you can't resolve the issue yourself, you'll escalate it to a colleague in IT. You'll carefully document every solution in the ticket system. - You'll handle reports and questions via phone, email, and the ticket system - You resolve issues or escalate them to the appropriate colleague - You manage accounts, permissions, and devices - You'll help users with Microsoft 365 - You log solutions and actions in the ticket system
Who are you?
You enjoy working with people and stay calm when someone gets stuck. You maintain a clear overview and handle reports efficiently. You believe it's important to provide clear assistance and to document your actions properly. - You have a high school diploma - You communicate clearly over the phone, via email, and through support tickets - You work meticulously and document information thoroughly - You're good at switching between handling questions, resolving issues, and administrative tasks - You enjoy helping users resolve their issues
