IT Support Staff

📍 Location: Jumia Offices & Warehouse, Isolo, Lagos

🕒 Employment Type: Contract

💰 Salary: ₦95,000- ₦120,00 per month

Benefits: HMO, PENSION

Job Requirements:
●OND, HND or BSc in Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering or related field
●Minimum of 1–2 years IT support experience
●Good knowledge of Windows OS and common business applications
●Basic knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, Wi-Fi, LAN)
●Familiarity with IT ticketing systems and remote support tools
●Strong troubleshooting, communication and documentation skills
●Experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is an advantage
