Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated, self-driven IT Support & System Integration Specialist to oversee the installation, network configuration, and ongoing technical maintenance of our medical equipment and robotics systems in the field.
This role offers extensive hands-on experience in system integration, direct client-facing technical support, and opportunities for advanced overseas training.
Key Responsibilities
• Execute on-site installation, network setup, and server integration for medical robotics and automated equipment.
• Diagnose and resolve software and network configuration issues efficiently at client facilities.
• Conduct field system testing, system commissioning, and basic operational briefings for clinical personnel.
• Coordinate effectively with international manufacturers and internal technical teams to maintain high standards of service delivery.
Requirements & Qualifications
• Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: 1–2 years of experience in IT support, networking, or field engineering. Fresh graduates with fundamentals in networking and server setup are encouraged to apply.
• Technical Skills: Sound knowledge of basic IT infrastructure, LAN/WAN networking, and server integration.
• Language Proficiency: Able to speak, read & write in English and Bahasa Melayu. Mandarin language is required to liaise effectively with technical engineers, and supply chain partners from overseas.
• Mobility & Logistics:
o Must possess a valid Driving License and Personal Vehicle for field deployments.
o Willingness to travel regionally for field assignments.
o Must hold a valid Passport and be eligible for international travel (training trips to overseas and other technical hubs).
• Work Style: High level of autonomy, reliable problem-solving skills, and comfortable working independently on-site.
