IT Support & Systems Specialist

Nexcel Computer Solutions in Bahrain seeks an IT Support Specialist to provide user training and technical support, solve logs, install computers and software, and assist where needed.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting hardware and software, supporting project implementations, configuring systems with the latest OS and drivers, and escalating unresolved issues to the Head of User Support. Fluent English is required.
