Position Summary
The motivated and customer-focused IT Support Technician plays a vital role in supporting the technical needs of our retail store locations by providing first-level support for hardware, software, and IT asset management. This role serves as the first point of contact for end users experiencing technical issues, ensuring business operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for hardware and software support to retail store locations.
- Configure, deploy, and maintain IT assets and systems.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve issues.
- Escalate unresolved issues when necessary.
- Monitor, track, and resolve assigned support tickets ensuring timely resolution and follow-up.
- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation for the IT Support team.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with store personnel regarding ticket status and issue resolution.
- Perform other IT-related duties as assigned.
