Job Summary
We are looking for temporary IT Support personnel to support our upcoming Electronic Medical Record (EMR) implementation. The role will provide onsite technical and operational support to hospital users during system readiness, training, deployment and go-live activities.
Key Responsibilities
Provide onsite IT support to users and doctors during EMR implementation and go-live.
Assist users with basic system, hardware, software and connectivity issues.
Support EMR training and deployment activities.
Troubleshoot basic IT issues and escalate where necessary.
Assist users in navigating and using the EMR system after training.
Provide support across designated hospital locations.
Follow established IT support procedures and instructions.
Perform other related support duties as assigned during the project.
Requirements
Minimum Diploma or equivalent qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field.
Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, Windows, networking and troubleshooting.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable providing onsite support to users in a hospital environment.
Willing to learn and support the EMR system.
Able to work 5.5 days per week and required shifts throughout the locum period.
Available for approximately 2 months
