IT System Analyst Executive
Summary
Systems analyst on the internal IT team of Indonesian retail conglomerate Mitra Adiperkasa, studying business workflows and translating them into technical requirements, flowcharts, data models and functional specs. Core stack includes MS SQL, C#/Python, UML/Agile/Waterfall, and ERP/CRM platforms like SAP and Shopify.
Requirement :
Having experience as Data Analyst or Systems Analyst at least 3 years.
Mastery of SDLC (Systems Development Life Cycle) frameworks like Agile and Waterfall, and modeling languages like UML.
Proficiency in MS SQL and database management systems.
Basic to intermediate coding knowledge (C#, Python or API program) plus diagramming tools like Microsoft Visio or Lucid chart.
Familiarity with ERP or CRM platforms (SAP , Shopify)
Responsibility :
Study current business workflows and IT setups, Find system flaws, bottlenecks, and security risks.
Translating business goals into technical requirements
Create system flowcharts, data models, and design specs and Functional Specs
Estimate project costs and timelines
Co-ordinate programmers (front-end, back-end) during building
Check system performance and test new software
Fix technical issues with IT support teams
Create document for user manuals and guide staff on new tools
Monitor system updates and long-term performance.
