IT System Analyst

Due to the substantial growth in the business and industry as a whole, we are

currently seeking to employ an IT System Analyst to analyse and evaluate ICT

processes and systems and provide recommendations for improvement.

Key duties include but not limited to:

• Business Requirements & Analysis: Collaborate with our teams and the

primary IT vendor (Meta 61) to evaluate business structures, conduct

requirements workshops, draft functional specifications and align workflows

between customer platforms and backend CRM/IT systems

• User Account Management: Maintain IT security and manage account

lifestyles for Powerlink staff, external venders and outsourced partners

• Incident and Request Management: Handle Level 1&2 work by logging,

prioritising, investigating, resolving or escalating customer support requests

• Customer Communication: Liaise with internal and external customers to

configure, test, and troubleshoot the desktop operating environment, ensuring

service continuity

• Service Desk Collaboration: Work with other Business IT units to support IT

Projects and Tasks, ensuring efficient and cost-effective delivery

• Guidance and Training: Provide guidance and training to customer to

empower effective use of Business IT equipment and systems

Skills and Qualification required

• AQF bachelor’s degree in computing/IT or equivalent
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
• Attention to detail
• Work independently and a team player
• Positive attitude

This is a fulltime position with a salary range from $ 90,000-$ 100,000 p.a+ Super

and opportunities to grow in your career.
