IT System Assistant
Summary
Provides IT system support, troubleshoots issues, and assists with RPA tools to maintain smooth operations for an electronics manufacturer.
Qualifications:
- BS Information Technology, BS Computer Science, or any software development related courses.
- Open to fresh graduates or candidates with prior IT-related work experience.
- Atleast with experience in documentation, and or atleast with 6 months past experience in IT related field. Knowedgable in RPA is strong advantage.
- Able to understand or to learn the IT systems and RPA tools, with the ability to support automation initiatives, troubleshoot issues, and ensure the smooth operation of IT systems.
- Able to communication and collaborate with others effectively.
- Can work with minimal supervision.
