IT System Engineer/ Support ( Listed Company/Up to 30K + bonus)
Summary
IT System Engineer/Support role at a listed company in Hong Kong (hired via PERSOL): monitoring servers, systems and network health, providing Tier 1/2 hardware and software support, managing IT asset lifecycles, licenses, and vendor liaising. Core stack: Windows/macOS/Linux, Microsoft 365, TCP/IP networking, Active Directory.
Salary: $25,000 – $30,000 per month
Exciting Role For You
Monitor the health, performance, and security of enterprise computer systems, servers, and network infrastructure.
Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support for hardware, software, peripherals, and office automation tools across the company.
Manage computer equipment lifecycles, including hardware diagnostics, component repair, procurement, and seamless replacement work.
Maintain inventory management for IT assets, software licenses, and access control credentials.
Liaise with service provider and vendor for troubleshooting
Requirements
Higher Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related disciplines
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in IT support, system administration, or data center operations
Possession of professional certifications such as MCSE, CCNA or ITIL will be a distinct advantage.
Strong working knowledge of Windows/macOS/Linux operating systems and Microsoft Office suite / Microsoft 365 administration.
Familiarity with basic networking concepts (TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, DNS, VPN) and active directory management.
Self-motivated team player with exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal communication skills.
