IT Systems Support Specialist Apprentice

Salary: £25,800 - 25,800 per year

Responsibilities:

• Respond to IT support requests and assist staff with hardware and software issues
• Support Microsoft 365 users, create and manage user accounts, and assist with system upgrades
• Monitor networks and devices, help maintain printers and warehouse technologies, and participate in equipment installations
• Support IT security procedures and learn backup and disaster recovery processes
