IT Technical Business Analyst
Summary

I am looking for an IT Technical Business Analyst to help my client embark on a range of large-scale digital transformation initiatives.
This is a hands-on BA role working across multiple digital projects, partnering with business stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams to deliver customer-facing digital solutions.
What you'll be doing:
Day rate is up to $900 + Super per day (Over $1,000 + GST for ABN)
Hybrid work arrangements with 3 days in their Sydney CBD offices.
Full working rights required.

What you'll be doing:
- Gather, analyse and document business requirements
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and process mapping
- Prepare business cases, functional specifications and project documentation
- Support testing, business change and solution delivery
- Work across website, CRM, CMS and digital transformation projects
- 7+ years' experience as an IT/Digital Business Analyst
- Strong background delivering digital, web or enterprise application projects.
- Experience with platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Sitecore, SharePoint or similar enterprise technologies
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and documentation skills
