IT Technical Delivery Manager

Salary: Rp 10.000.000 – Rp 12.000.000 per month

We are looking for a Technical Delivery Lead to support the implementation of a CASA Account Management project in the banking industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating technical and non-technical stakeholders, supporting hands-on technical implementation, and ensuring project deliverables are completed according to the agreed timeline and requirements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure smooth project implementation.

• Perform and oversee technical activities, including installation, configuration, and application setup.

• Collaborate with relevant teams to ensure implementation results meet the expected requirements.

• Proactively manage project activities, identify potential roadblocks, and facilitate issue resolution to achieve project milestones.

• Monitor and track project progress, deliverables, and implementation timelines.

• Prepare project progress reports and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders.

• Identify issues requiring immediate attention and escalate them to the appropriate parties.

• Ensure effective coordination and communication throughout the project implementation lifecycle.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

• Proven experience in IT project implementation, technical delivery, or technical project coordination.

• Strong understanding of technical implementation processes, including installation, configuration, deployment, and application setup.

• Experience coordinating technical teams, business stakeholders, vendors, or other relevant parties.

• Ability to monitor project progress, manage implementation issues, and ensure deliverables meet agreed milestones.

• Strong problem-solving, communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced project environment and proactively address implementation challenges.

• Experience in banking or financial services projects is an advantage.

• Familiarity with CASA or core banking systems is an advantage.
