IT Technician
Summary
On-site IT technician at an aerospace company's Subang Airport facility, handling day-to-day IT support: troubleshooting Windows/Microsoft 365 and hardware issues, maintaining LAN/WLAN, servers and backups, and supporting CCTV, telephony and access door systems plus patching, antivirus and asset/documentation upkeep.
REQUIREMENTS:
Diploma in IT, Computer Science, Computer/Electronic Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum 1 year of IT support experience. Fresh graduates with relevant industrial training may be considered.
Basic knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, computer hardware, software and network troubleshooting.
Basic knowledge of servers, CCTV, telephony, access door systems and IT security.
Good communication and problem-solving skills. Willing to travel and provide after-hours support when required.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Troubleshoot hardware, software, Microsoft 365 and user account issues.
Install, configure and maintain computers, printers and software.
Install and troubleshoot LAN/WLAN, switches, access points and cabling.
Assist in maintaining servers, backup systems and performing preventive maintenance.
Perform system patching, antivirus updates and basic security checks.
Maintain and troubleshoot CCTV, telephony, access door systems and other IT equipment.
Maintain IT asset records, software licenses and technical documentation.
Prepare weekly reports, support improvement initiatives and perform other assigned duties.
