Role & responsibilities
- Troubleshooting and basic maintenance of desktop computers and laptops.
- Installation and configuration of Windows 10 and 11 operating systems and our organization's usable software.
- Troubleshooting printers, scanners, and other IT peripherals.
- Basic WAN,LAN, Wi-Fi, and internet connectivity troubleshooting.
- Basic CAT6 cable wiring & knowledge of RJ45 jack Kripping.
- Assisting with IT equipment installation and maintenance at Kolkata stores and the Regional Office.
- Coordinating with the IT team for technical issues and escalations.
- Maintaining records of IT assets and reporting technical issues.
Preferred candidate profile
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to travel to stores and provide on-site technical support.
