IT Technician (Electronics / Mobile Phones / Computers)
Summary
IT Technician responsible for diagnosing and repairing Apple products, including mobile phones and computers. The role involves in-vehicle repairs, customer service, and parts management, requiring a Class 3 driving license and familiarity with macOS and iOS.
Salary: $2,500 – $2,800 per month
Responsibilities:
Diagnostic and Repair of Apple products
Pick up customer products and repair in-vehicle
Attend and follow up on customer queries, requests and complaints effectively to achieve customer satisfaction
Ensure smooth operations
Ensure parts are ordered and returned on a timely manner
Compliance with workplace safety and security
Liaise with Supervisor on customer feedback
Any other duties as assigned by Supervisor

Requirements:
Minimum 'O' Level or equivalent with 1 year customer and support experience preferred
Relevant Experience in repair of notebooks/desktop products and service-oriented environment preferred
Class 3 motorcar driving license is a must
Familiar with Apple Products and macOS/iOS
Excellent communication skills
Highly independent, efficient & pro-active
Must have good working attitude and a good team player
Able to establish and build good customer relationship
Able to start work immediately or within short notice will be an advantage
