A well-equipped secondary school in Rickmansworth is looking for an IT Technician to provide technical support across the school. The successful candidate will help staff and pupils resolve day-to-day technical issues while supporting the wider IT infrastructure.

Key responsibilities include:

• Providing first-line technical support

• Troubleshooting computers and laptops

• Supporting classroom technology

• Setting up user accounts

• Installing and updating software

• Supporting printers and audiovisual equipment
