We are seeking an IT Technician to join Sancro Pte Ltd in Singapore. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in maintaining our IT infrastructure and supporting our users. As an IT Technician, you will be the frontline support for our organisation, ensuring that all technology systems operate smoothly and efficiently. This role is essential to our business continuity and directly impacts our team's productivity and satisfaction.
Required Skills and Knowledge
Minimum Diploma qualification in IT, Computer Engineering, Electronics, or a related discipline.
At least 1 year of relevant experience in IT support, system engineering, infrastructure support, or a related field.
Basic IT knowledge with a background in Linux administration.
Basic knowledge of CCTV systems, including installation and troubleshooting.
Basic understanding of servers, computer hardware, networking, and IP addressing.
Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Good communication skills and a willingness to learn.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Must be willing and able to work night shifts as required.
Proficiency in Mandarin (spoken and written) is preferred to facilitate communication with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
