The successful candidate will assist staff and pupils with day-to-day technical issues while supporting the maintenance of the school’s hardware, software, network, and classroom technology.
Key Responsibilities:Provide first-line technical support to staff and pupils.
Diagnose and resolve hardware and software faults.
Install and configure computers and peripheral devices.
Support interactive displays, printers, audiovisual equipment, and classroom technology.
Assist with user accounts and access permissions.
Maintain records of IT faults and completed support requests.
Assist with network and system maintenance.
Monitor IT equipment and report replacement requirements.
