Global ICT Vendor Manager - $155-$175,000 + super - permanent - Sydney or Melbourne
Reporting to the Global ICT Vendor Manager, you'll own a defined portfolio of technology vendors across three regions. Working closely with Technology, Procurement, and business stakeholders, you'll manage renewals, governance, and performance, freeing your manager to focus on strategic vendor direction and commercial planning.

Duties / Key Responsibilities
- Manage ICT vendor renewals, contract lifecycle activities, and commercial planning
- Oversee vendor relationships, performance reviews, SLAs/KPIs, and issue resolution
- Support RFx processes, sourcing evaluations, and vendor onboarding
- Provide commercial and contractual advisory support across vendor agreements
- Identify opportunities for cost optimisation, process improvement, and vendor rationalisation
Skills and Experience
- 5+ years' experience in ICT vendor management, commercial management, or technology procurement
- Experience managing vendor lifecycle activities, including renewals and contract management
- Strong understanding of commercial models, pricing structures, and contract terms
- Experience supporting or participating in commercial negotiations
- Experience managing vendor performance and governance, including SLAs and KPIs
- Exposure to RFx processes and vendor selection activities
- Strong stakeholder management skills across technical and business teams
- Understanding of vendor risk, compliance, and data protection considerations
