The ideal candidates will be fluent in either French, Italian, German, or Dutch, and will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, open to continuous feedback. We offer a structured compensation package and rotational work scheduling.

Assist users with technical queries related to a global search engine platform. Provide clear, friendly, and solution-oriented support via chat, email, or phone. Navigate a fast-paced environment, implementing feedback to improve skills. Fluency in either French, Italian, German, or Dutch (written and spoken). Strong communication skills and genuine empathy for the user experience. Comfortable with change and open to continuous feedback. Base Salary of 1,100€ 14 times per year Performance Bonus of 135€ 14 times per year Attendance Bonus of 120€ 11 times per year
