Janitorial/Maintenance
We are looking for a reliable and experienced Janitorial /Maintenance to perform a variety of cleaning duties to ensure a clean, safe, and orderly environment across assigned facilities. This role plays a critical part in maintaining the overall appearance and sanitation of the workplace, contributing to a positive experience for employees, clients, and visitors.
Hourly Pay: $24.00-$25.00
The pay listed is the hourly range or the hourly rate for this position. A specific offer will vary based on applicant’s experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.
Shift: Mon-Fir (7am-3:30pm)

• Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and polishing floors and surfaces
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, replenish supplies, and ensure hygiene standards are met
• Empty trash and recycling bins and waste in accordance with company policies
• Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces
• Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or supply shortages to the supervisor
• Assist with setup and cleanup for meetings, events, or special projects as needed
• Follow all safety procedures and company protocols related to cleaning and sanitation
Assist with minor plumbing, Replace Misc. parts for Urinals, Toilets, Faucets, and replace/install soap, paper, and sanitizer dispensers
Work side by side and coordinate to address major Drain issues, and assist with snaking drains (sinks, toilets, urinals)
Support in relocation of employees’ items/furniture
Remove or replace cubicle panels, Install keyboard tray, Install tv's 65in. and below, Install whiteboard (glass or regular), and install whiteboard (glass or regular)
Replace ceiling tiles, Replace carpet tiles, Minor baseboard repairs, Paint touch-ups, and hang posters
Required:
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous experience in general cleaning and Maintenance role
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Familiarity with cleaning chemicals, minor repairs, equipment, and safety standards
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Must be able to read, write and speak in English.
