Your Role
• Execute software testing across Manual, Automation, Functional, API, Performance Testing, and other QA disciplines based on project requirements.
• Analyze business requirements, design test scenarios, execute test cases, and validate application functionality to ensure quality delivery.
• Identify, track, and manage defects while collaborating closely with development, business, and cross-functional teams for timely resolution.
• Participate in Agile testing activities, provide status updates, and work directly with Japanese stakeholders in a bilingual environment to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Your Profile
• JLPT N1/N2/N3 certification is mandatory, with the ability to communicate effectively in both Japanese and English within project teams.
• Hands-on experience in Software Testing including Manual, Automation, Functional, API Testing, Performance Testing, SDET, or Quality Engineering.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, Defect Lifecycle, and Agile methodologies, with the ability to independently analyze requirements and execute testing activities.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; experience with testing tools/frameworks and exposure to Japanese or global clients will be an added advantage.
