・レストランマネージャーの業務を日々サポートする
・チームリーダーやサービススタッフを監督し、円滑なサービスを確保する
・ゲストからの問い合わせやクレームにプロフェッショナルに対応する
・サービス品質・食品衛生・安全基準を確認・維持する
・スタッフのシフト管理、教育、評価をサポートする
・キッチン・バー・他部署と連携し、効率的な運営を行う
・在庫確認やコスト管理をサポートする
・レポートを作成し、レストランマネージャーへ報告する・

・Support the Restaurant Manager in daily operations
・Supervise team leaders and service staff to ensure smooth service
・Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints professionally
・Monitor service quality, food safety, and hygiene standards
・Assist in staff scheduling, training, and performance feedback
・Coordinate with kitchen, bar, and other departments for efficient operations
・Manage inventory checks and support cost control measures
・Prepare reports and communicate updates to the Restaurant Manager
