Responsibilities:

• Support hotel partnership contract management for inbound travel from Japan.
• Analyse business performance and market trends of hotel partners to provide recommendations that support mutual business growth.
• Consult with accommodation partners to develop and optimise online travel and accommodation offerings.
• Plan, create, and manage accommodation packages and promotional campaigns.
• Coordinate and support the production of customised online content and accommodation pages.
• Identify and develop opportunities to increase advertising revenue from partners.
• Provide customer service and operational support to local business partners.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the hospitality, travel, tourism, or related industry.
• Proficiency in Japanese language for liaising with Japanese-speaking clients and stakeholders.
• Experience working in a dynamic, fast-paced, and multicultural environment.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve results through initiative, commitment, and perseverance.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision and proactively develop partnership opportunities.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify and maximise business opportunities.
• Experience in business development, sales, or account management.
• Customer service experience.
