Summary
Contract Java Application Developer (6+ months, £520/day inside IR35) at an energy & utilities organisation via Hays Technology. Day to day: building Java backend microservices and Kafka event-driven solutions, supporting cloud-native deployments on OpenShift, and contributing to CI/CD and Agile delivery — mostly remote with one day a week in London.

Requirements:- Strong commercial Java development experience.
