Role: Java Technical Lead / Senior Java Developer
Experience: 7-12 Years (flexible based on expertise)
Mandatory Skills: Java, AWS, Microservices

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled, hands-on Java Technical Lead who can balance technical leadership with individual contributor responsibilities. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Java, AWS, and Microservices, along with the ability to drive technical design, development, and implementation.

The candidate must be actively involved in coding and development while providing technical guidance to the team.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using Java.
• Build and implement microservices-based architectures.
• Develop, deploy, and manage applications on AWS cloud infrastructure.
• Lead technical design discussions and provide technical direction to the development team.
• Be actively involved in coding, debugging, code reviews, and troubleshooting.
• Ensure application performance, scalability, security, and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
• Drive best practices around coding standards, design patterns, and software development.

Mandatory Technical Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in Java.
• Mandatory experience with AWS cloud services.
• Strong experience in Microservices architecture and development.
• Experience in designing and developing REST APIs.
• Good understanding of application architecture and distributed systems.

Preferred Skills

• Spring Boot and Spring Framework.
• AWS services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, SQS, SNS, and CloudWatch.
• CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Docker and Kubernetes.
• Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Candidate Profile

• Must be a hands-on individual contributor.
• Should be capable of balancing technical leadership and development responsibilities.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Should have experience taking ownership of technical deliverables from design through implementation.

Important: Java + AWS + Microservices are non-negotiable mandatory skills. Candidates with only managerial or coordination experience will not be suitable.
