Your new role
As a Java Backend Engineer, you will be responsible for building and enhancing scalable backend systems that support large-scale business operations. You will work on automation and data acquisition initiatives, leveraging web scraping and RPA technologies to deliver impactful business solutions.
Job Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and maintain Java-based backend applications and APIs.
• Build and enhance data acquisition solutions using web scraping technologies.
• Develop and support RPA solutions to streamline operational processes.
• Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions.
• Optimize application performance, reliability, and scalability across production environments.
Job Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
• 4-5 years of software engineering experience with strong Java and Spring Boot expertise.
• Hands-on experience with web scraping, data extraction, or crawler development.
• Exposure to RPA platforms such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or similar tools.
• Familiarity with REST APIs, microservices, SQL databases, and cloud-native development practices.
