We're hiring | Java Backend Developer (Agentic AI)


We are looking for Senior Java Backend Developers with Agentic AI experience to join a long-term technology project in Dublin, Ireland.


If you have strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Cloud and Agentic AI and enjoy solving complex engineering problems, we’d love to hear from you!


Work Authorization: Candidates must currently have valid permanent work rights in Ireland (We are unable to sponsor at this point of time)


AI-powered applications / intelligent agents



  • Experience integrating AI capabilities into backend solutions

  • Observability & Production Readiness


Frontend – where applicable



  • 6+ years of software engineering experience

  • Strong team-level system design and architecture skills

  • Proven experience delivering complex software solutions

  • Strong Java/Spring Boot backend development experience

  • Hands-on Microservices and REST API experience

  • Practical experience with Agentic AI

  • Experience working across multiple teams and stakeholders

  • Mentoring and technical leadership experience

  • Strong understanding of cloud-native development and modern engineering practices
