A leading financial institution is expanding its engineering capability in Poland to build a new enterprise-wide intermediary platform connecting the UI layer with multiple backend systems. The platform initially supports a consolidated trade blotter for FX Cash, Options, Commodities, and Interest Rates.

Задачи:

Contribute to backend services within the platform engineering function; Develop messaging architecture and system integration patterns; Design solutions around messaging and system integration; Solve complex engineering problems in a high-impact environment; Deliver features for the intermediary platform and support ongoing expansion.

Требования:

Demonstrate core Java expertise, including concurrency and collections; Apply practical coding skills; Have experience with Kafka or Solace; Have experience with microservices and reactive programming; Understand solution design for messaging and system integration; Nice to have: financial markets knowledge.

Условия:

B2B Contract; Long-term engagement with multiple extensions expected; High-end market rate.
