Responsibilities
- As a Lead Developer, work with the team to implement requirements and ensure high software quality through clean code, sustainable architectural principles, and effective test coverage.
- Design and optimise the system solution for end-to-end test automation in complex software architectures.
- Lead the development of critical software components, systems, and features to improve availability, scalability, latency, and efficiency.
- Mentor colleagues, share technical knowledge, and contribute to the team's professional development.
- Propose technological improvements and tools, and actively participate in architectural and technology decisions.
Requirements
- At least 10 years of experience in agile software development using Java and Angular.
- Experience leading and mentoring developers and sharing technical knowledge within teams.
- Completed higher education or advanced training in Computer Science (HF, FH, University/ETH).
- Strong experience in developing test automation frameworks, such as Appium, Selenium, or Playwright.
- In-depth knowledge of software architecture. Experience in test automation for web UIs, mobile apps, and APIs is an advantage.
- Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, GitLab, and CI/CD pipelines, as well as developing, analysing, and troubleshooting large-scale distributed systems.
- Very good German and good English language skills.
