Java Developer(J2EE, Spring Boot, Microservices, AWS, Azure, Elasticsearch, Couchbase, React)

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of enterprise-grade applications using Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture.
• Design scalable, distributed backend systems that meet business, performance, availability, and reliability requirements.
• Convert complex business requirements into technical solutions, application designs, and implementation plans.
• Establish architectural guidelines, coding standards, and design patterns to ensure maintainable and high-quality software.
• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and ensure seamless communication between distributed services.
• Design and implement event-driven solutions using messaging technologies such as Apache Kafka and RabbitMQ.
• Drive cloud-based application development and deployment across AWS and Microsoft Azure environments.
• Oversee containerization, deployment processes, and application integration using Docker and related DevOps tools.
• Evaluate technical solutions, identify architectural risks, and recommend improvements to system performance, scalability, and security.
• Lead technical discussions, review code, resolve complex engineering challenges, and mentor development teams.
• Collaborate with frontend engineers to integrate React-based applications with backend services.
• Promote continuous improvement in development practices, automation, and software delivery.

Requirements

• Minimum 7+ years of experience in software development, with substantial hands-on expertise in Java/J2EE and backend application architecture.
• Strong practical experience with Spring Boot and the development of enterprise applications.
• Experience in microservices architecture, distributed systems, and service-oriented architecture.
• Strong experience in designing and developing RESTful APIs and service integrations.
• Experience in object-oriented programming, design principles, design patterns, and clean coding practices.
• Hands-on experience with AWS and Microsoft Azure cloud environments.
• Experience with Docker and containerized application deployment.
• Practical experience with at least one messaging platform: Apache Kafka or RabbitMQ.
• Experience working with Elasticsearch and Couchbase in enterprise applications.
• Experience in React and frontend-backend integration.
• Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL and ORM frameworks such as JPA/Hibernate.
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Git, and Gradle.
• Experience in application scalability, performance optimization, system reliability, and secure development practices.
• Demonstrated ability to lead technical design, make architecture decisions, mentor developers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
