Java Developer
with7+ years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and maintainingenterprise-grade applications using
Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices
.The ideal candidate should possess strong backend development expertise, cloudexposure, and experience working in Agile environments. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance Java applications. Build RESTful APIs and Microservices using Spring Boot. Develop secure, reusable, and maintainable backend components. Collaborate with product owners, architects, QA engineers, and DevOps teams throughout the software development lifecycle. Participate in architecture discussions and technical design reviews. Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability. Troubleshoot production issues and implement effective solutions. Write unit and integration tests to ensure high code quality. Perform code reviews and mentor junior developers. Follow Agile/Scrum methodologies and participate in sprint ceremonies. Required Skills 7+ years of experience in Java application development. Strong proficiency in Core Java. Extensive experience with Spring Boot. Hands-on experience in Microservices. Strong knowledge of REST APIs and web services. Experience with Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA, Spring Security, and Hibernate/JPA. Good understanding of multithreading, collections, and JVM concepts. Experience with relational databases such as Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQL Server. Experience with Git and version control systems. Familiarity with Maven or Gradle. Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Preferred Skills Experience with Docker and Kubernetes. Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform. Experience with Kafka, RabbitMQ, or other messaging systems. Knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps. Experience with Redis, Elasticsearch, or NoSQL databases (MongoDB/Cassandra). Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Splunk, Grafana, or Prometheus. Knowledge of OAuth2, JWT, and API security best practices. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline. Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work effectively in a hybrid and multicultural environment.
