Summary
Design, implement and unit-test Java-based sub-systems and interfaces across the full software development lifecycle, supporting integration testing, UAT, commissioning and maintenance for banking-sector projects. Core stack is Java, Spring and Angular, ideally with Kubernetes, Kafka, Drools and the Elastic stack.
We are looking for Java Developers ( 5 headcounts) to design, implement, integrate, develop and deliver sub-system or interfaces during development life cycle. Your role is to:
Job role:
- Mainly work with the team of Developers/Integrators and Project Manager throughout software development life cycle;
- Produce detailed design specification by referring to the global design specification;
- Responsible for implementation and unit test for sub-system or interfaces, and ensure code quality;
- Provide technical support (enhancement or bug fixes) during system integration test, user acceptance test, system commissioning, and maintenance phases;
- Apply best practices, and compliance policy in software development;
- Strive for continuous improvement in terms of process, quality and efficiency;
- Will be assigned to work on product development and delivery of projects
- Other duties as assigned
Technical Skills
- At least 8 years' experience in object-oriented software development;
- Candidate should have extensive knowledge on Java, Spring, Angular
- Ideally candidate should be familiar with open source technologies like Kubernetes, kafka, Drools, Elastic stack
- Preferably someone coming with Banking experience / Financial sector
- Experience in writing Design Documentation, Object-Oriented Software Design;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
