Java Developer (Spring Boot)

Develop and maintain scalable backend services using Java & Spring Boot.

Build and maintain RESTful APIs, including security, validation, exception, and transaction handling.

Troubleshoot production issues through root-cause analysis, log analysis, and ELK/Kibana monitoring.

Optimize SQL queries, database performance, and application scalability.

Support Java 8 → Java 21+ migration and code modernization.

Implement Redis caching and asynchronous/messaging solutions using RabbitMQ/Kafka.

Collaborate with Product, QA, DevOps, Infrastructure, and Security teams.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields.

2+ years of professional experience in Java backend development.

Strong knowledge of Java 8/21+, OOP, Spring Boot, Spring Security, JPA/MyBatis.

Strong SQL and relational database knowledge, including joins, indexing, and query optimization.

Hands-on experience with Git, Docker, Linux, CI/CD, and unit/integration testing.

Familiar with Redis, RabbitMQ/Kafka, ELK/Kibana, microservices, JWT/OAuth2, RBAC, and OWASP.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Experience in fintech, financial, or high-transaction systems is a plus.
