The Role
We are looking for a Java Developer to join high-performing teams delivering complex and scalable software solutions. You will contribute to architectural decisions, technical innovation and mentoring, while working closely with clients and cross-functional teams in a consulting environment.

- Design and develop scalable software solutions using Java
- Contribute to architectural and technical decisions

Must Have
- 4+ years of Java development experience
- Strong Spring Boot experience
- Experience with APIs, integrations and microservices
- Experience with at least one cloud platform: Azure, AWS or GCP
- Ability to mentor and guide other developers
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Minimum C1 Dutch and strong English
Nice to Have
- Consulting or multi-client experience
- Kafka or event-driven architecture experience
- Kubernetes/containerisation experience
- Interest in technical leadership or architecture
Requirements
Based in the Netherlands with hybrid working
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field
