The Essentials We’re Seeking
- Minimum 3+ years of commercial experience in Java development.
- Strong experience with Java JEE and Spring.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and XML.
- Previous experience with frontend development; specific frontend technology is not required, as training on the client's Generator technology will be provided.
- German language proficiency at B2 level or higher, with the ability to follow technical conversations and customer communications.
- Fluency in English (minimum B2 level).
- Experience working on technical frameworks or platforms.
- Experience working in a SCRUM-based methodology.
- Adaptability and a proactive approach to understanding and solving functional challenges.
- Team player attitude with excellent communication skills.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in the banking or financial sector is a plus.
- Experience in collections or garnishment processes is a plus.
