Java Developer With Tech Support Experince & Network Knowledge
Location: Curridabat,San Jose ,Costa Rica
Specific qualifications for this position include:
- 3+ years of experience in a customer and technical support role required
- 1+ years of programming experience with Java required
- Exceptional problem solving and troubleshooting skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a dynamic, small company environment
- Proven ability gathering customer requirements and translating into new products or product features
- Ability to work well both independently and as a member of a team
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience
- Version control experience (e.g. Subversion, Perforce, Clearcase) a plus
- Experience with Active Directory and LDAP configuration a plus
- Experience with Databases (MySQL, MSSQL Server, Oracle) a plus
- Experience with help desk ticketing system required, experience with FogBugz a plus
