Java Full Stack

We are looking for an experienced Custom Software Engineer to design, develop, and enhance custom software solutions that support complex business requirements. You will work in a modern technology environment, leveraging Java Spring, React, Microservices, and Cloud-native architectures to deliver scalable, resilient, and high-performing applications.

As a senior team member, you will play a key role in driving technical decisions, mentoring colleagues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain custom software solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Build scalable and resilient applications using Java Spring and Microservices Architecture.
• Develop modern and responsive user interfaces with React.js.
• Take ownership of software components, ensuring high standards of quality, performance, and maintainability.
• Collaborate with architects, developers, product owners, and other stakeholders to deliver effective solutions.
• Analyze complex technical challenges and propose robust, scalable approaches.
• Support and mentor junior team members, promoting knowledge sharing and engineering best practices.
• Contribute to architectural and technical decisions that impact multiple teams and projects.
• Continuously improve development processes, tools, and methodologies to increase team efficiency and software quality.

Required Skills

• Strong experience with Java Spring Framework.
• Experience designing and implementing Microservices Architectures.
• Solid knowledge of Amazon Simple Queue Service (SQS).
• Experience working with MongoDB and MySQL.
• Understanding of software design principles, application scalability, and system performance optimization.
• Experience working in Agile development environments.

Nice to Have

• Strong experience with React.js.
• Experience with cloud-based solutions and distributed systems.
• Knowledge of CI/CD practices and DevOps methodologies.
• Experience leading technical discussions and mentoring development teams.
