Java Fullstack Developer, Assistant Vice President

In this role you will design, build, and maintain end-to-end Java-based backends and modern web UIs to power digital asset workflows in a regulated financial services setting. You will work with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure API-driven platform services and user portals for custody, tokenization, transfers, and settlement. You’ll contribute to a centralized integration approach, ensure quality through automated testing and CI/CD, and support operational readiness and security in a regulated environment. • Design, develop, and maintain full-stack features spanning Java backend services and modern web UI components
• Build and evolve REST APIs and service integrations for digital asset workflows
• Develop responsive front-end experiences using React / Vue / Angular
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical designs and incremental deliveries
• Implement automated testing across unit, integration, and UI/API levels and uphold CI/CD quality gates
• Contribute to operational readiness: logging/monitoring, performance tuning, production support, reliability improvements
• Work with security and platform stakeholders to meet regulated financial services requirements

• Strong, hands-on experience delivering full-stack applications in financial services or similarly regulated environments
• Advanced proficiency in Java and Spring Boot (web, security, data)
• Experience building RESTful APIs and microservices with documentation and integration patterns
• Solid experience with a modern front-end framework (React, Vue.js, or Angular) for production UIs
• Experience with relational databases (e.g., Oracle) and ORM/data access patterns
• Strong engineering practices: automated testing, code reviews, and Agile delivery
• Experience with enterprise cloud and delivery tooling (CI/CD pipelines, containerization) and operating microservices in modern platforms
