Java Lead

A Java Lead is responsible for leading a team of Java developers, designing software applications, managing development activities, reviewing code, and ensuring timely project delivery.

1. Roles & Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of Java developers.

Design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications.

Work on application architecture and technical design.

Review code and ensure coding standards.

Develop backend applications using Java, Spring Boot and Microservices.

Manage project delivery, timelines and technical issues.

Coordinate with business analysts, QA teams, DevOps and project managers.

Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical problems.

Mentor junior developers and conduct technical discussions.
