Java Execution Systems Developer

to help design and build the distributed execution platform used by traders every day!

You'll work on business-critical systems where performance, reliability and scalability aren't buzzwords - they're

essential.

Working alongside traders, portfolio managers and risk teams, you'll have a direct impact on how billions of dollars of trading activity is executed across global markets.

What you'll be doing: Designing and developing high-performance Java components within a distributed trading architecture Building low-latency, fault-tolerant systems used by front-office trading teams Continuously improving platform performance, scalability and resilience Participating in architecture discussions, design decisions and code reviews Working directly with traders, portfolio managers and risk teams to solve complex technical challenges

We're looking for engineers who have: Strong Java development experience building distributed systems Experience within trading, execution or other high-performance financial systems Excellent knowledge of concurrency and multithreaded programming A passion for solving complex engineering problems at scale Strong communication skills and the ability to work closely with business stakeholders
